Description
A bronze sculpture of Harriet Tubman stands atop a rugged granite base. With her right foot stepping forward, Tubman strides confidently, her right hand pointing toward the sky. She wears a copper-toned hat, a satchel, and pleated skirt, a double-breasted jacket, and laced boots. There is an inscription on the front of the monument’s base.
